We believe that without a firm grounding in the basics, a chef cannot produce innovative cuisine or develop his or her own style.
We are also looking for serving staff who enjoy working with people. Interest in sake and wine is essential.

Working hours and salaries are negotiable, however a standard working day is 12 hours. Salary is based on age, and performance based bonuses are paid twice a year.
